Coach Mira, as she’s known in her circle, traveled through Europe in Spring 2023, and visited different areas of Spain, Palma Mayorca, Italy, France, Corfu, Greece, Montenegro, Kotor, Dubrovnik, and Croatia. Her foodie findings inspired her to explore and share Mediterranean cuisine delicacies.

Mira was captivated by the freshness and scrumptious simplicity of the Mediterranean cuisine she enjoyed, and also noticed how the food was not triggering inflammation flares.  Wholesome food that tasted good and felt good.
